Meeting new people from all over the world.

Cons

Working hard and not receiving and holiday perks when your work day falls on holiday. No profit sharing benefits , gift cards, gas cards, not even a gift basket to help us who are struggling on this low paying job.

The new company is at least marginally better at management than the old one.

Cons

They underpay us for the type of work that we do. They have also started cutting hours for most of their employees, so many full-time employees are working under 36 hours a week, which is unacceptable.
