Pros

The staff at Xantrion are all friendly, smart people. There is a good environment of that is fostered by management to be helpful and transfer of knowledge. Most of the technology is interesting. Management encourages you to add more skills and technologies to your expertise. I have been able to expand my knowledge of VMware and MS Exchange working at Xantrion.

Cons

They pay is below market level for similar positions at other companies.

Pros

You'll see it on other reviews, but one thing that makes Xantrion a great place to work is the people. Overall, every single employee there is an outstanding individual and willing to help out at the drop of a hat. Management is also great about giving you autonomy to do your job, which is a huge plus. Excellent documentation and SOP's are in place to assist you with service requests. The culture also encourages teamwork, solidarity, and plenty of after work social events.

Cons

Low pay, and you will find yourself working evenings and weekends more often than not if you are hired at T2 or higher. The more interesting work is typically performed by T3/T4, as the lower tiers are too burdened with helpdesk type tasks. Growth options are limited for non entry level employees.
