Pros

Xcel offers alot of different benefits but one of the best benefits would be the way they make sure you have all the learning tools you require.

Cons

I think they contract out to much. There are alot of us that are on pins and needles waiting for our jobs to open to be permanent.

Culturally diverse, decent pay, great work environment, " work family", flexible work schedules, flexible PTO, good raises, opportunities for advancement both personally and professionally.

Cons

Not enough "full" time positions, dealing with Minnesota and Colorado people at times, benefits for contractors are non-existing, contractors don't have access to everything full- timers do.
