Career development and training almost non existent (no investment in skills development) Opportunities most readily available for Project Managers, Engineering and Finance backgrounds. Everyone else has to work harder to find a good role. High Turnover Silos across organizations creates duplicative work and lack of engagement and collaboration. Technology organization unorganized and unresponsive

The training was sub par at best. There is an incredible amount of info on many subjects to "master". Very little time on each subject. Then it's to the phones, angry clients, systems that crash more than they operate and many ways to get into "trouble" for not being an expert on things you were not trained to do. Really stressful and the hourly pay did not make that level of stress worth it.
