Pros

Good name for your CV

Cons

60 hour work weeks and the levels of pressure as a SAM is not healthy. The company pretty much owns your LinkedIn and posts their own updates on your behalf. This is tracked and there is a leaderboard for likes and shares. This isn't mandatory but seen as a red flag if you don't engage and allow it. You must be very active on LinkedIn and like the automatic posts your colleagues have made to keep up illusion of positive vibes. You need to treat your accounts as a channel and flog as many subscriptions as you can. Even if the subscriptions aren't in use they will be billed and clients see it as a forceful.

Thank you for sharing this feedback. We’re disappointed to hear about your experience with our employee advocacy platform. This is available for all Xeros to use to enhance their social media profiles if they choose, but it is not mandatory. We encourage you to reach out to our Social Media team (who is keen to assist) for any further questions about this platform, as well as Mandy McDonald, GM of Customer Experience or our PX team. Again, we appreciate your candid feedback.

Pros

Good perks Some flexibility in hours, team dependent Lots of nice people

Cons

Pay is not competitive No longer a startup, expect bureaucracy 'Cross functional' teams means lots of meetings, but no real collaboration ie. design/product tells you what to do, and you do it Low motivation in teams, lack of connection with the overall vision So many inexperienced middle managers

Pros

An evangelical CEO that gets everyone fired up about the opportunities ahead of the company. Good product. Great facilities and systems in place.

Cons

Culture of favoritism and "yes people" mean tough calls don't get made - or even discussed. Being a blonde female can help career progression - regardless of experience and ability. Leadership weak. CEO likes to influence at all levels, disrupting progress. Many C-level managers, and managers below, don't have sufficient experience to lead the company.
