Xerox reviews

The pay system is based heavily off of reviews, and one bad review from one irate customer is all it takes to dock your pay 3-4$ an hour for a stupidly long time. At least a month or more. There was never any hope of meeting the impossible standards they set, since one irate, entitled customer was all it took to lose the closest thing they had to decent pay. Even their "best pay" was a meager amount that barely made it worth coming in. And don't even talk about the benefits, because what they offer is a joke in terms of medical/dental. You're basically working just to pay your premium if you take them... or your deductibles, out-of-pocket, etc.

Xerox signed a contract with $1.3 billion contract with HCL out of Indian to outsource all of its administrative and support functions, this was the fall of Xerox. The talent that was let go was the biggest loss for Xerox as a whole. Cut to 4 years after this rolled out, it is a well-known fact that any business that have Xerox machines and services HATE Xerox. I was at Arizona Office Technolgies, and all of Xerox's customer are going to competitors not to mention their whole sales department has left. Good job Xerox and XBS Southwest (formally Dahill) you have ruined yourself.
