      Pros

      Good experience to work for a company so poorly managed, assuming you can leave.

      Cons

      Leadership is incompetent. Ursula Burns is an embarrassment, but she’s not the only one. No serious player exists on the leadership team. The Services (BPO) company spinoff – Conduent – has no serious leadership. The CEO is new and has never led a company of any size. The CFO is a nobody without any serious experience. The finance organization in particular feels like the C team trying desperately to be the C+ team (and unfortunately finance runs a lot there). Other than as a possible take-over target I can’t imagine why anyone would waste their time looking at this company. Chop it up and sell it for scrap.

      Pros

      They do provide good training and a decent pay scale. Most of the employees are nice and kind. Security is good.

      Cons

      This is a culture of fear. Everyday is scary, wondering if you are going to be the next person fired. Supervisors are breathing down your neck all day, but offer no real help. Most of the supervisors were promoted too soon before they even know what they are doing on the phones. There are no solutions and the support structure is almost non existent.
