Pros

My position is at home, which alone is great. There is an amazing support system.

Cons

I can't really think of anything negative other than have to wait 180 days to be eligible for holiday pay

Pros

Good aphmoshere. No micromanaging. Trying to make changes to better the employees. Good ince tives for customer service agents. Easy to talk to management.

Cons

Pay is not fair for what you do. No annual raises for service reps or support staff, unless you are higher up executives. Uptraining to learn more material with no pay raises. At times managment doesn't take concerns or issues of staff seriously. No HR rep on-site.

Pros

fun environment and plenty of overtime. shift trades were also a nice perk and they had the most comfortable chairs.

Cons

so-so coaching and lack of good leadership. also seemed to have a revolving door, seemed like every time i turned around someone was getting fired or quit.
