Great people and experience. Teams committed to very high performance and delivery for customers. Ethical company and committed to diversity.

Cons

Internal processes & conservative risk tolerance limits growth. Day to day issues and requests that should be quick to turn around still takes a long time.

Pros

The pros of this job was that you had a chance to gain experience on the phones and learn more about Humana and what they do.

Cons

The cons was the atmosphere. Adults were in there acting like children, getting mad and arguing. In my one month of working there 2 fights almost broke out. You would think they'd hire people with the decency to control them self and handle their selves in an adult manner.

Zero raises over past 10+ years for mid level managers, despite constant rise of cost of living; Jobs are being outsourced to Guatemala City at an alarming rate, despite CEO Ursula Burns reassuring this would NOT be the case just 8 months ago
