Pros

Fairly decent salary and work from home.

Cons

Yearly furloughs (amounts to 2% pay cut), Layoffs several times per year decreases morale and increases work. Most recent layoffs (Feb/Mar 2014) cut muscle, not fat. Projects and customer commitments can't be done now without experienced personnel. Knee-Jerk management sending everything off-shore. Chance of losing government & healthcare contracts where US-Only is Required. Most managers now have bleak outlook of company as a whole. Everyone updating their resumes.

Pros

I enjoyed and respected my trainers. They are really great it is unfortunate that they too are slaves to the ego maniac that runs the place.

Cons

Slavery wages, being told you can't use the bathroom except on your break, constant threats of further pay reductions if you cannot make an angry and swearing customer happy.

Pros

Lots of available hours, ample overtime. Colorful staff. Opportunities to meet random interesting strangers over the phone. Lots of lovely trees surrounding the office to look at from your cubical stall. Kiebo Cafe eggrolls.

Cons

Terrible incentive pay system based around cutting employee wages for poor reviews rather than providing positive incentives for excellent performance, clearly designed as a ploy to reduce wages whenever possible. Unsupportive supervisory staff (A few exceptions.) Poor corporate culture based off of a "fake it until you make it" attitude Mandatory overtime. Constant turnover and absenteeism. Few advancement opportunities. Childish supervisory staff more concerned with making their job easier than supporting agents on the floor.
