      There are no pros. Do not waste your time.

      This company used to be okay. The plan now is to outsource a lot of the duties to India. They are laying people off and everyone lives in fear for their jobs. The Customer Account Managers are firing people left and right, but it is not always their fault. If you decide to work there be sure to watch your self and never trust anyone. I had so many high level employees try to come after me with no luck, if you are smart and challenge management with thoughtful questions they don't like it and are threatened by you. I worked at Xifin for many years and I've finally given up on this place and found a better position elsewhere. HR constantly says they want to make it better and I believe they try, but Lale (CEO) never wants anything to change. Also watch out for a director in the MDx department, he is friends with high level management and if he does not like you he will try to fire you and it will likely work and he favors certain people and gets them promoted even when other people are more qualified.

      Hello-it's unfortunate that this was your experience at XIFIN. When individuals leave the organization (voluntarily or involuntarily) it is our practice not to comment on those reasons for their privacy. Don't assume everything you hear is true and recognize that nobody leaves the organization without careful thought and consideration. I'm glad you found another position where you will be happier and best of luck to you in the future.

      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      Upper management at this company has one objective: To make themselves even more rich. They are pretty good at it... often at the expense of employees and customers alike. Beware of anyone with "VP" or above anywhere in their title, even if it is contained in your title. Publicly degrading but never complimenting others seems to be the norm. Especially in the implementations and customer service areas.

      Pros

      Collaborative work environment, nice co-workers. We actually eat together at lunch.

      Cons

      Most employees do not have work-life balance. They expect you to stay at the office even after you have completed your work! Very disappointed with the micromanagement. People are not promoted from within. Cheap company that claims it is "expanding" but actually letting go people at a scary rate. No job stability!
