Pros

Quite a few talented technical staff. Strong performing company. Savvy Founder/CEO. Good opportunities for women. Good natured technical staff.

Cons

Closed minded, regimented, all work and no play. Poor work/life balance. Abusive mental games played by some of the old school legacy leadership. Pay is not competitive.

Pros

There are some really great employees who work very hard with little recognition or pay increases. Bagel Fridays/Soda Machine/Nice office space

Cons

The CEO is known to yell and berate the managers that she is is "leading". Everyone can hear it outside of the conference rooms. She talks about how she worked her way up but hates hourly employees. Discriminates on legally protected classes. Execs talk about it behind her back but refuse to address it-all waiting for the next sale to cash out.

READ THE GLASSDOOR REVIEW FROM January 7, 2019 titled "Retirement Home for morally bankrupt Tech Management" - it is an extremely detailed and painfully accurate description of XIFIN Managers don't care about their employees People are allowed to harass and bully others with no repercussions Salaries are much lower than industry standards Employees are extremely overworked If you perform "above and beyond" your responsibilities, upper management doesn't recognize your efforts and instead starts to expect it from you and complains if you don't overperform all of the time.
