Pros
You work with some very talented and nice people. So many are my friends and will be long after I leave here. Facilities are very nice. HR has always been very helpful although they are all gone now?
Cons
Management is very poor. Our department management downstairs is disorganized, dishonest, and seems to be always afraid they are going to lose their positions. They set up the managers and staff to fail and continually backstab middle management and staff. Very poor company culture. Fear-based management style. We are told to lie to our customers regarding staffing and resources to make it look like we are doing the work they pay us to do. Very sad because there are a lot of talented staff here who want to do a good job.
