The company is making huge efforts from the top and down to make XIFIN a great place to work at by getting anonymous feedback from their employees on what's working and what's not, implementing training programs, developing the company's employee engagement program, and developing career paths for people who want to advance. Also, the company supplies free soda, and the medical benefits are comprehensive - Very similar to what I have seen at other companies in San Diego. Dress code is relaxed and casual, and executives are accessible if you ever need to talk to them. Great office location, with many options for lunch restaurants, and there is a gym across the street that we get a discount on. If you manage yourself and your schedule, you can have great work-life balance here - I've seen a lot of complaints on GlassDoor about stress being an issue at this company, but I've learned from experience that the only person who can control or allow stress in is yourself. My manager has been very helpful and receptive when I've asked for help with workload.
