Pros

My supervisor was a really nice person. I fondly looked forward to our interactions. Can’t say I ever had a bad day at work even when things got hectic. Glad to see that many of my friends still work for the company.

Cons

Departments are pretty much separated from one another, so I didn’t have many opportunities to interact with team members who I didn’t directly work with on a daily basis.

1.Free soda 2. Takes things like COVID crisis seriously and provided compensation for COVID testing, at times free lunch for employees, clean workplace. 3. Friendly supervisor. 4. Coworkers recognize and support each other

Cons

1. Workload literally more than can be done in time allotted. This even acknowledged by management. 2. Their is a physical seperation behind lockdoors between HR and many other departments making it more difficult to see HR to HR issues resolved 3. Their are multiple times delays in communications between workers, management, and HR
