A lot has changed in the company since I started over 2 years ago, and every change has been for the better. Management is much more open to employee feedback (which I think has made the biggest difference), a lot of people who weren’t a right fit for the culture were let go, and the entire atmosphere in the office made a complete 180. I was devoted to the company’s mission which is why I stuck around, and now that I’m seeing how far we’ve come, I’m glad I did.

Schedule flexibility, culture, development, growth opportunities. I’ve been with XIFIN’s OSB org for one year, it’s been a great experience for me! The team I work with is phenomenal, there is tons of room for growth and opportunity to shine. This company is doing great, management appreciates and encourages innovation! Could not ask for anything else!
