      Stocks and shares when you become a fully fledged employee, Ability to work remote

      Cons

      Toxic staff, mismanagement. They lie to their employees saying they are doing well but you can clearly see form their stocks going down that they are not. No one is open to critique or change. Constant push of responsibility and micromanagement.

      Seemed like a fun company culture, legit customers with challenging projects/ products

      Cons

      The projects and customers are a lot of fun, unfortunately your work load is so bad you don't have time to actually do a good job on any project in particular. The success of this company heavily relies on China operations, the few US molding partners are so sick of Xometry and the shenanigan's of misled projects and under paid work. The Management in operations in the IM department is horrible, I have never worked for someone who tried managing my time down to 30 minute increments. Typically if you are a manager for employees with a certain skill set you either have a lot of experience about the subject or you are a really good manager. This department has neither, They will hire you for you for you skills and put you down and embarrass you in front of customers.

      they pay you to get abused.

      Cons

      COO is an abusive jerk that like to belittle people and call them on the weekends. Place is going downhill fast.
