      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      Everyone is afraid of telling Randy, “No, that idea is stupid’” or “We can’t possibly make it happen that quickly’” His pet projects are not carefully thought out or tested.

      co-workers are great! ok benefits, but holidays are meh.

      Cons

      TMS is a toxic workplace. Management in TMS is an abomination. They are childish and immature, and always have their favorites. Probably never properly trained as the rest of us. Still, managers should know how to manage people & products without micromanaging. The workload is untenable and they basically drive out people by dumping so much work that you can never get to it all. The turnover rate is eerily high. Why doesn't HR look into why this is???

      unorganized , upper management uses in one ear and out another, no loyalty and people skills , alot of false promises , HR nightmare , untruthful hiring practices
