Incredible mission and history. People in the field and administrative support are very dedicated.

Cons

Use and abuse culture staring with the CEO strangles any potential for being successful here. There is no communication amongst the leadership. All reactive all the time and only about what the CEO happens to be screaming (literally) about in that moment. Demotivating and very toxic Will fire you and stick their leg out to trip you on the way out.

I can think of nothing positive only healthcare benefits.

Cons

The most vindictive, venomous group of people I had the mispleasure of working with. Poison trickled down from management all the way to the bottom. I was truly miserable working for this company. When I left I never looked back.

The staff and supervisors are great. The culture amongst the staff is fantastic. The benefits are amazing with full medical dental and 4 weeks paid vacation. But wait there's a catch ⬇

Cons

To be honest, this job makes you think right away that you're making a difference. After a while you realize that the work you are doing doen't mean anything to yourself, to the consumers or to management. In the end its very draining and higher level management doesn't understand what this job does to your mind and body. I can speak for all staff by saying this position sucks the life right out of you. I would not recommend this position to anyone looking for a career change. This position is only for recent college grads looking to earn a living after college.
