Yotpo is a very special company being built by very special people. I was fortunate enough to be one of the early employees at Yotpo and have seem a small operation run by a dedicated group of developers and "all rounders" become a powerhouse with insane growth and possibility. What makes Yotpo special is its people and culture. The company believes in investing in its people which results in incredible opportunities for even the most junior person to learn new skills and knowledge from super talented and driven individuals. I've recommended Yotpo to over a dozen of my close friends and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a platform for growth, and to be part of something that can help define their legacy.
Cons
Yotpo is a fast-paced company with a "move fast and break things mentality". This environment is not for the faint hearted. In the end of the day Yotpo is a company trying to compete in an ever changing market. There is a lot of pressure and demand on each and every employee in the company. Stability is not part of the lexicon at Yotpo. You can see this as an incredible challenge which can make you stronger, or something which will inevitably lead to you leaving the company.
