Pros

Energetic atmosphere and great team-work. I feel that everyone is committed to the company and is willing to assume responsibility.

Cons

The company is growing too quickly for the space we have, so there is quite a lot of moving around.

Pros

The people who work here are unbelievable. Nice, intelligent, and fun. It's a real pleasure to come to work everyday. The product is amazing and we are just killing it. Senior management really does care. Seriously.

Cons

You have to work a lot and you have to perform. They cut the fat quickly and fairly often, but that's what makes the remaining group great.

We do care, thank you! We understand about external hires. We try to hire externally only when it's a must but we're working hard to promote from within whenever possible.

Pros

Cliche as it may sound, this place sounds special from the outside, but there is no way to fully understand how incredible it is until you work here. The culture is genuinely as amazing as everyone says, the leadership actually cares, and the growth potential is real and tangibly seen. Every single day I feel lucky to come to work and be surrounded by some of the most hard-working, hilarious and truly good people I've ever met.

Cons

This place is changing, it's growing. That isn't right for everyone.. They also expect you to work hard which I don't personally see as a con - there's plenty of balance here with all the fun stuff they do for us.
