Pros

The hours are flexible, as you can pretty much create your own. Seeing progress in children is great. Great job for new graduates.

Cons

The hours are not guaranteed, and the children and families can sometimes be difficult to work with. There can be a lot of down time

Pros

Can set your own schedule.

Cons

Pay rate is based on Billable and Non billable time. They only pay between $10 and $13 for non bill and write you up if it takes you longer to write progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries or any other paperwork, then what they think it should take. No benifits, no PTO
