Pros

I love woking with the children; its so rewarding.

Cons

No raises, no growth for advocates. Employees would resign all the time. There was always a budget that had to kept every week because if it went over you would get in trouble and would effect the company's spending at the end of the year. Some people should not be working there; they just think about their paycheck. Only a few people care about helping the children.Big disconnection with advocates and management.

Pros

The ability to work independently.

Cons

No advancement. No raises. Freeze on promotions and salary increases, but according to 990s, senior management's salaries have gone up every year.
