Zayo is packed with intelligent, hard-working individuals. It is inspiring to work with these folks and they are always ready to help. There is a lot of opportunity here. Change is abundant.

Cons

Work life balance is sacrificed as a result. If you're looking for opportunity, great. If you're looking for 9-5... go elsewhere. Change is abundant.

Growth opportunities mostly caused by high turnover rate. Little to no training. Poor work/life balance.

Work from home with no supervision. Paid well but make sure you get the salary you need when you are hired because there aren't raises. Company vehicle

Cons

Lack of leadership. Leadership team believes that having power and using threats is leadership? Poor communication and processes are constantly changing. Leadership team focuses most if not all of their attention on what's broken versus focusing attention on what works. Any good leader that knows human behavior knows you focus on what works.
