You didn't provide much substance behind your post, so I wasn't able to understand much about your frustrations. You say you've been with us less than a year, and evidently you've been bounced around a lot. I see your concerns about your pay and your holidays. We try to match compensation to contribution -- sometimes it takes a while for a new person to demonstrate their ability to contribute. Our priority at Zayo has been to build a company that will thrive for years and decades. In our rapidly consolidating industry, this meant we had to work hard over the past several years to acquire the assets (employees/fiber/customers) to thrive and a business model that will survive the test of time. Though we have work to do, I have confidence that our team is developing a culture and work environment that is special for the vast majority.

Thanks for post. I agree with pros and cons, and am glad to hear you see the processes improving daily. The ability to talk openly and passionately about how we need to evolve to reach our full potential is key to our long term aspirations.
