      Free food, sometimes from a food truck

      Cons

      There are a lot of little perks to working here but it is only to make up for rude managers, long hours, and a low salary. They need to restructure their organizational leadership.

      Summer Hours Flexibility Looking to make positive change

      Cons

      Some legacy folkw hate change despite work being done to improve. Things aren't perfect. Lots of growing pains as expected coming from phx to Zelis. Some bad eggs in the bunch bring down the group unfortunetly, but many good folks old and new trying to do good. Things hopefully turn around for the better as discruntled employees leave and those left embrace change instead of fighting it.
