Pros
Quick expense reimbursement. I knew termination was coming and I was able to get another position making $5 an hour more as wages here are a joke.
Cons
No training, no coaching, no feedback. 5 weeks after starting and being told all was well, suddenly everything was wrong. Was given a week to hit a goal, but the queue didn't even have enough work to hit the goal and was let go, less than an hour after being told I was doing a great job. It's also strange that folks with the same title and in the same positions have different goals, but that is determined by the color of one's skin(and it isn't what you'd think).
