Was told this job was a cakewalk. Was told would make money. HMM. Management shoots nerf guns in the afternoons at their employees. I think that might be a liability issue. Training is horrible. Its a revolving door atmosphere. So many people get let go for poor performance. Could it be. because the leads you get are crap??? NAH, Resurrected leads that opt out constantly, wrong phone numbers, leaving endless messages that never get returned, favoritism is abundant.
