Pros
The culture here is really great. We have very flexible hours, which is great when life comes up. The company is new and growing and the potential growth for the positions and the company is exciting to be a part of. New processes are being rolled out and we get to help shape them and give feedback on how it should go.
Cons
Still a new company so some things are still getting sorted out. Some areas need more structure but they are currently working on this and making plans. Some things have been last minute.
