Pros
They have great benefits. Leadership has a lot of expertise and experience in the industry. My colleagues are very knowledgeable as well, and I see a lot of teamwork across the different departments. To keep us informed, we have quarterly video meetings with the CEO and other leaders to provide an overview of current state and future state of the business. Since the company is growing rapidly, there are always job openings. We receive a few days of PTO for charitable causes, so we are allowed to miss work to volunteer for charity. They also offer college scholarships to children of employees who write an essay for consideration.
Cons
They are experiencing some growing pains, but nothing out of the ordinary. We do not get smaller holidays off (Columbus Day).
