Pros
I have worked at Zelis for over five years and am continuously impressed with the work environment and culture. There is a definite move to push for career advancement which is exciting in our growing environment. Lastly, the people. The associates at Zelis are one of a kind and not only have a strong work ethic, but are really great at being a team.
Cons
Few to little. In a company that is growing as fast as Zelis I think it is to be expected that processes are still being flushed out, but ultimately the organization has done a really great job at adapting to the speed of our growth.
