      Innovation and openness to ideas to improve the business regardless of your title or status. It also has the feel of a start-up but with the support of a big company. You work hard but it is fun and rewarding.

      When I find out, I will update you. So far not one! Honestly, everyday is exciting and enjoyable.

      Zelis moves really quickly to take care of clients and evolve. You can run with an idea, implement and see big results. Benefits are first class, especially healthcare.

      Cons

      Zelis is focused on clients, innovation, meeting deadlines and speed. This isn't for everybody, it is for action oriented, high achievers.
