      I work in a team that doesn't require past healthcare experience in order to be given a chance. It's an open door that a lot of other companies don't offer.

      Constant shifting of responsibilities and leaders protecting their turf. Departmental and company goals are very fluid, creating challenges and impairing effectiveness.
