      Pros

      Some of the people are awesome and most are nice. I've experienced growth because I'm proactive yet advancing fully into the new role/department is yet to happen despite positive feedback and applying.

      Cons

      The place seems chaotic at times. My department feels more like a group of people working together rather than a team. Transparency/communication could be better. Less than stellar wages and --- in my department, mostly negative feedback--- not as much praise.
