      Pros

      Great location, wonderful people, lots of little perks that shows the company cares.

      Cons

      Communication on new hires and departures is inconsistent. New hire setup is not structured as well.

      Pros

      Amazing mentors, really a great place to work. Came in as someone without any background of the complex industry and now feel extremely well versed and confident when speaking with current/potential clients. The employers here really take the time to ensure you are properly prepared to succeed.

      Pros

      Fairly new employee, in the first 90 days... Great company with a lot of really friendly people. Amazing work life balance, good PTO and holiday schedule. Company is growing quickly and lots of opportunities to get involved and grow within.

      Cons

      Company is expanding quickly (hiring!!) so there are some re-orgs and changes that are still works in progress. Normal growing pains that all companies that are expanding have.
