      Good People, okay company

      Pros

      Pretty good 401K, benefits are getting better, time off is good depending on your manager. Was a good place to learn and then move on to better things.

      Cons

      Salary raises are rare and expect to get paid well below your worth. Management can be hit or miss. Some people there really do care about you and your growth others could care less. Company keeps buying up smaller companies even though internally they are in no position to.

      Great Culture

      Pros

      Great, healthy company culture. In my experience, managers are understanding and respectful of personal boundaries and work/life balance. Like any job, the work-load varies day to day, but overall, it is manageable.

      Cons

      Everyone is extremely friendly and complimentary, but when it comes down to compensation, it doesn't always add up. It's tough to see bragging about profits and growth and not give that back to employees who deserve and ask for a salary that matches job title and work-load.

      Things are changing

      Pros

      Feels like with the new CEO things are changing, getting better, more focused and coming back together.

      Cons

      Still too many high level, unexplained new associates. Unsure what so many VPs or EVPs do when we need more ground level associates to do the work.
