      Pros

      Great benefits, even better people. Flexibility, understanding and compassion. This will depend on your manager as well. Most people are awesome and share these values. But every place has its bad apples

      Cons

      Growing super fast. Sometimes our systems and hiring can’t keep up. Lots of red tape to get things done. Something may need to go through 5 departments before it’s approved.

      Awesome culture. Great work life balance. Good pay. Working remote is the best.

      Starting is difficult as training and everything is remote.
