      Good People, okay company

      Pros

      Pretty good 401K, benefits are getting better, time off is good depending on your manager. Was a good place to learn and then move on to better things.

      Cons

      Salary raises are rare and expect to get paid well below your worth. Management can be hit or miss. Some people there really do care about you and your growth others could care less. Company keeps buying up smaller companies even though internally they are in no position to.

      Pros

      Depends on the manager how your environment will be, so a good manager will give you a good experience

      Cons

      Depends on the manager how your environment will be, so a bad manager will lead a toxic environment filled with politics and chaos. In most cases, there are bad managers leading to politics and toxicity. Merit does not have a place with these managers because they are more about themselves and the appearance of competence rather than merit.
