No work after hours, but politics and less Hikes

too many calls On shore team is very chill but off shore team always make a big deal about everything very less hikes same as TCS (all the management is from TCS so obvious) literally may be only freshers and about 7-8 people in the whole company must have received double digit hike this year Day by day increasing Politics Never recognize the work employees so

Good people and pay, but tech is outdated

Pros

I enjoy the people I work with and my manager is very competent. Pay is pretty good and benefits are good.

Cons

Tech stack is very outdated in some places. Company seems very slow to adopt new technology and perform modernization upgrades. AI tool use is encouraged, but other software/hardware resources are outdated.
