the office location is in a heavy traffic place, hard to get rides booked for pickup or drop, no transport facility engineering aspects: i personally felt my learnings have been stagnant, i haven’t honestly developed anything big or impactful so far in my time here compared to the same duration at my immediate previous company, again i believe it depends on the teams which. you join, some teams have good scope of work from owing of repos, scaling services, etc but some teams are honestly doing maintenance or small features, there is no clear doc or kt given on the flows or current legacy architecture that the new joinee is expected to work on thinking claude can save but it can abosolutely not give whole picture as a small piece of feature leaves across multiple repos with ai driven dev, we are shipping faster but the dev learning reduces drastically, this could be the same across similar software companies but just a headsup again from personal experience: new ideas are not heard, if some senior or someone who has been working with zendesk for years says the same thing that gets honoured
