Pros

Very good company to work, open for discussion and problem solving, very good communications inside company. Technology stack always up to date. Tech team is doing great job to deliver new features as well support the clients. Very good management.

Pros

Great company before the current management. If you’re not in sales you’re in good hands..if you’re under sales, run.

Cons

Current company management is atrocious. 90% of talent with a tenure of 2 years or more has been weeded out at this point by targeted layoffs. Most of the profitable, experienced and beloved senior reps were cut due to management’s ego. The recent mass layoffs are no surprise, deals stalled hard without those reps. Career advancement died long ago - if you join at the bottom of the ladder, do your time and look elsewhere for advancement as you will be strung along and sometimes even subtly mocked by management for even suggesting promotional opportunity. Ziflow used to be an exciting place, with happy employees - now not so much.
