You are given autonomy to deliver as you see fit as long as the results are achieved. Also the team is very collaborative in nature which makes everyone that much better because the best ideas and processes rise to the top for everyone to replicate.

On call shifts (putting this as a con as I wasn’t aware of them when I joined) Lots of bugs due to bad architecture design
