Pros

Great ideas. Great co-workers. Good office environment. The team works hard, but ...

Cons

Product is too complicated. Just trying to copy competitors. The management team is too geeky. Always worrying about what others would do. Also, don't have a game plan beyond a bunch of tools.

Dead product, draining cash, unhappy customers

Pros

Lots of great people in multiple countries around the world. The market opportunity is quite amazing also, but horrible management team is screwing this up royally.

Cons

Too much infighting between the founders of different companies that zift has acquired over the past few years. The environment is becoming toxic. The new CEO lives in New Jersey and hiring his cronies. There is a lot of dead wood in this company that do not do anything. Investors do not have a clue about the customer base and market. Trying to mix oil (zift), vinegar (relayware) and water (elastic grid) is not working. Nice powerpoints are not becoming a reality. Company is draining cash, and very likely will start laying of people.

We truly have great employees who enjoy the work that they do, the culture they create here and the benefits that we offer.
