Pros

Loyal management Strong culture of acceptance Making changes on systems for more efficiencies

Cons

To date software systems have been old. The bank is just big enough to fit into the 'too big to fail' group. Thus, the regulation is very demanding for a relatively small bank.

Pros

Great Work environment, good pay and benefits. Employees are generally very happy and like what they do, which causes a healthy and happy workplace environment. Very impressed by the company and leadership as a whole. People care about their job and truly like what they do.

Cons

It is a big corporation so you often can feel like a fish in the ocean. I truly do not have much bad to say at all for this company. I truly don't have cons to discuss.
