Pros

With Peak Time you get the chance to work at many different branches of Zions and are able to meet many great bank employees.

Cons

Some of the branches aren't run as efficiently as others and the management doesn't seem to like having Peak Time employees at their branches.

Pros

Decent benefits, Not too much pressure to make sales, opportunities for growth, professional environment, ethical business practices

Cons

Pay is nothing to get excited about, most branches are consistently understaffed, corporate upper management has an open door policy, but you'll probably never see any real changes. Compliance department prevents Zion's Bank from being a real banking contender in the 21st century.
