Good student job

Pros

I enjoyed the benefits I received for working 20+ hours a week. This was a great help while a newly-married student!

Cons

It was hard to get a good raise. Even with outstanding customer and managerial reviews, I was never given anything more than an 8% raise (which is pretty meager when you start out at $9/hr).

Pros

People within Zions are easy to work with. Non-competitive atmosphere. Management gives you your goals and then expects you to get them done without micro-managing.

Cons

Hardly any constructive feedback on how you are performing your job. Medical benefits are very slim. Salary range is lower than other banks. Under utilization of employees leads to slack work environment.
