Hands down #1

Pros

Having worked for Fortune 500 companies to small family owned business, Zions bank is #1 for me. The culture is accepting, inviting, encouraging, & refreshing in a cut throat world. They truly care about their employees and customers. Their slogan of "We haven't forgotten who keeps us in business" applies to employees as well as customers. A conservative bank and a great place to work!

Cons

A conservative bank. It can be challenging to get some loans approved, even so, that approach protects the bank from excessive risk while strengthening Zions Bank against challenging times.
