Pros

I work in the marketing department and the people are amazing. There is a real positive and trusting culture within my team.

Cons

Benefits are poor. We have a high deductible plan and the deductible or premiums seem to go up every year. The company is also very stingy with raises. My last raise was 1.8%

Pros

Zions cares about their customers. They strive to always be mindful of the clients' ever changing needs. They also value feedback from employees in order to improve processes and products.

Cons

Not an industry leader. Does banking "old-school style" which has generated a clientele with a higher than normal average age. Hard to compete with other banks.
