Pros

Policies and regulations are clearly defined.

Cons

The lowest level staff is constantly asked to ignore regulation or policy to cater to high end clients. There is little to no regard for the risk to these employees jobs.

Pros

Zions Retail Banking was incredible, and the division was led by a dynamic leader who was making great improvements. Once he left, it was back to more of the same. Poor leadership, and people who have no idea what is going on.

Cons

It seems like the dynamic people never last here. The people that make it seem to be in the same church as each other, rather than people who make a difference.
