      Lots of opportunity for hard working folks, great rewards and opportunities to move around to different positions.

      Cons

      Home office is very political. Go with the management, don't be a nay-sayer or you will be gone.

      Pros

      Here are the reasons to work there: good pay, excellent benefits, very open to remote working, sufficient resources to do your job.

      Cons

      The rules are out of control. So much of the work is just to meet the latest rule. The organization is so complex and so many people have their hands in a pot, that the company is not making business savvy decisions. Poor senior management has created an environment of fear caused by the constant threat of layoffs. There are so many layoffs at Pfizer, (in the whole organization), that only the politically anointed are safe. Seriously, look at the 10 year history of Pfizer. It is a poorly run company that covers management's failures by laying off employees and claiming an annual "savings."
